At Modheads.in, we provide free delivery on most products, unless otherwise mentioned. However, there are certain cases where shipping charges may apply. These charges are calculated based on factors such as the product category, shipping location, or special circumstances, and are separate from the product price. Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed on the product page or during the checkout process, ensuring transparency before you complete your purchase.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before they are picked up by our courier partner or shipped. Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.
Delivery Timeframes
The delivery timeframes mentioned on the product details page are estimated. Actual delivery times may vary depending on product availability, your delivery address, courier service conditions, and other unforeseen circumstances. Any order may take 7-15 days to deliver at your doorstep, while we strive to deliver your order within this estimated timeframe, delays may occur. If there is a significant delay in the pickup of your order from our end, you may choose to cancel the order by contacting our Customer Support team. Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.
Single Delivery Address
Each order can only be shipped to a single delivery address as specified at the time of checkout. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you will need to place separate orders for each destination.
Free Shipping Terms
We offer free shipping for most of our products. However, shipping charges may apply based on certain factors like the product category, shipping location, or special conditions, which will be communicated before the purchase. In cases where charges apply, these will be displayed on the shopping cart or payment page before you finalize the order.
Delivery Issues
If your order shows as "delivered" but you have not received the product, we recommend checking with neighbors, building security, or other household members who may have accepted the delivery on your behalf. Shipping & COD Policy (Partial Payment Orders)
For orders placed with Partial Cash on Delivery (COD), an advance payment is required to confirm the order.
If the customer refuses to accept the delivery, fails to take delivery, or declines to pay the remaining COD amount at the time of delivery for reasons attributable to the customer, the advance payment shall be non-refundable.
In exceptional cases, at our sole discretion, a partial refund may be considered after deducting applicable shipping, return shipping, and COD handling charges.
Our team will investigate the issue in coordination with the courier service. Please note that the investigation may take 7-14 business days, and we will keep you informed of the status throughout the process.
Important: Any complaints about undelivered products must be reported within 7 days of the marked delivery date. We will not be able to accept complaints beyond this timeframe, in accordance with courier company policies.
