Refund policy

 

Modheads.in aims for maximum customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, as per the terms outlined below, you may return the product to us within 7 days of delivery, provided it is in its original packaging.

 

Terms & Conditions:

  1. Eligibility for Returns/Refunds:
    Returns and refunds for issues related to damage, defects, quantity discrepancies, or description mismatches are accepted. However, these must be reported within 48 hours of delivery to qualify for a return.

  2. Product Condition:
    The product must be in a one-time tried condition and should not have been used regularly.

  3. Supporting Documentation:
    To process any return or refund, supporting evidence of the issue (such as photos or videos) must be provided to help us make a decision.

  4. Processing of Returns/Refunds:
    All returns or refunds will be processed only after the product is returned to us and passes our quality check.

  5. Non-Eligible Returns:
    Products that show signs of improper use, mishandling, physical damage, torn or damaged packaging, or missing parts, manuals, or accessories will not be eligible for a replacement or refund. These items will be returned to the customer without further explanation.

  6. Non-Acceptance of Returns for Non-Issues:
    If the product matches its description accurately, returns will not be accepted based on the customer simply not wanting the item.

  7. Empty Box or Missing Items:
    If you receive an empty package or notice any missing items, the issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Failure to do so will result in Modheads.in having the right to reject the complaint.

  8. Shipping & COD Policy (Partial Payment Orders)
    For orders placed with Partial Cash on Delivery (COD), an advance payment is required to confirm the order.If the customer refuses to accept the delivery, fails to take delivery, or declines to pay the remaining COD amount at the time of delivery for reasons attributable to the customer, the advance payment shall be non-refundable.In exceptional cases, at our sole discretion, a partial refund may be considered after deducting applicable shipping, return shipping, and COD handling charges
